About Delhi Metro

Delhi Metro is a Rapid transit or mass rapid transit (MRT) system, and it’s one of the busiest metro rail systems in India. It is a transport system that is serving Delhi and the National Capital Region of India. According to Wikipedia, Delhi Metro operates over 2,700 trips daily. It has 10 color-coded lines that are serving over 254 metro stations in Delhi.

Delhi Metro starts early morning around 05:00 and ends late at night 23:30.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) was registered on 3rd May 1995.

The total length of the Delhi Metro is about 389 Km with 285 stations. The Delhi Metro network now offers services to Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Bahadurgarh, and Ballabhgarh.
